Medium-sized cities are in the population range of between 500,000 and one million inhabitants. Despite importance large cities, greatest urban growth occurs medium small cities. During last century these enjoyed acceptable air quality, however from years two decades this atmospheric health has deteriorated, generating problems. The dynamics faced by represent a serious threat to environment, as well quality life its inhabitants, since it generates new economic processes, accompanied an increase industrial activities, motorization rates, greater fuel consumption higher emissions pollutants.
 Objective: To carry out analysis condition show trends criteria pollutants for 10 medium-sized Mexican with highest growth.
 Materials Methods: data were downloaded consultation system Air Quality Indicators-SCICA through http://scica.inecc.gob.mx/exec/addl website. hourly concentrations six PM10, PM2.5, O3, SO2, NO2 CO monitoring stations Aguascalientes (863 893 h), Mexicali (854 186 Ciudad Juárez (1 501 551 Chihuahua (925 762 León 579 803 Morelia (743 275 Puebla 542 232 Querétaro (794 789 h)), San Luis Potosí h) Torreón (690 193 indicators calculated daily, monthly annual trend, averages, percentages days above norm number per year which any norms is exceeded during period 2000-2020.
